Boating

We were lucky enough to have some friends invite us to go boating with them at Pineview! The kids haven't ever experienced the whole boating thing, so it was a little interesting! They were nervous about the speed at first, but got over that soon enough. Adam rode on the tube and had fun, but every time he got thrown off Beckam thought he had drowned and would cry inconsolably, even when he could see Adam smiling and waving and well. Saylor was pretty concerned about his welfare the first time it happened, too.

Adam tried water-skiing for the first time and did pretty good! The kids didn't really like watching him being towed behind the boat, but he enjoyed it! Saylor kept looking in the water for mermaids. She's totally obsessed. Beckam stayed pretty close to me until they brought out some cookies :). Neither one of them would get in the water though! We had so much fun!
