Sick Kids

Saylor got a little doctor kit yesterday and has been feigning illnesses and injuries non-stop. She's also been being the doctor and even appointed Beckam to be her nurse. The timing couldn't be better either!! We've been dealing with coughs, fevers, sleepless nights, and exciting diapers for the past 2 days. So we all took a field trip to the doctor...again... (does anyone else feel like they are at the doctor's office WAY too often?) and, an hour later, got the following diagnoses: Saylor has strep throat, and Beckam has an ear infection!

There is some happy news to this story, I took Saylor in hours after her fever showed up, thus beating the sore throat. Also, Beckam won't be getting Saylor's strep because, thanks to the ear infection, he's on amoxicillin now himself! Ha! Now getting them to actually swallow the medicine is another story.

As for the pictures, those were taken 3 hours before we went to the doctor. They don't look sick, huh? Cute little kids.
